Are you a Public Sector organisation?

It is now a legal requirement for UK public sector organisation to review websites for accessibility and publish an accessibility statement outlining any access barriers and specifying a date for fixing them:

‘The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018’

Your website must be accessible to all users and accessibility is measured by reaching AA compliance according to the WCAG 2.1

Responsibility for legal compliance rests with the organisation – and not with the developers – and you can carry out the access test and review and write the statement yourself. Alternatively we’d be very happy to do all of this for you, as we have for dozens of other clients.
