The Linking the Lines project was designed to support transnational tourism based on European cultural and industrial heritage. The project gathers five fortified lines and networks across Europe: the Vauban Network (France), the Marco Polo System geie (Italy), the Paola Local Council (Malta) and the Medway Council (United Kingdom). The aim of the apps was to develop and promote a tourism offer that portrays the great European history of war and peace which led to the Nobel Peace Prize in 2012.

We developed a series of interactive trail based apps for each of the sites, allowing users to discover fortifications and heritage sites in Medway UK, Vauban’s fortifications in France, Malta, Venice and The Netherlands.
